This Pfeiffer fine inlet screen (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the HiPace 80 turbo pump. This screen has a DN40 KF-40 flange size. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Pfeiffer part number PM 006 375-X.
